What Luna brought in

Sales

Gift cards and packages people have bought. A code appears only once the payment has actually cleared. Redeeming is done here, by you, when the customer arrives — Luna can look a code up but never spends it.

What needs fixing

Suggestions for you

A few ideas based on this month's numbers.

Today

Arriving next

The next few hours. The rest of the day is on Bookings.

Gift card or package

Type the code a customer gives you to see what it is worth, and take payment from it.

Conversations

Every chat your AI team has handled.

Every conversation your AI team has had with a customer, in one place.
What to do: open a chat to read it, mark it Booked or Not booked to track results, and download it if you need a copy.
Select a conversation
Pick a conversation on the left to read it.

Export conversations

Download a spreadsheet of every message in a date range — yours to keep, and nothing is stored on our side. Leave the dates blank for everything.

Customers

Everyone this business has actually served.

A person appears here once they book or buy something — not when they just ask a question.
What to do: search by name or phone before someone walks in, open them to see every visit and what they paid, and write a note anyone at the desk can read.

Your AI team

Turn agents on or off and set how Luna sounds.

This is where you control how your AI team sounds and behaves.
What to do: describe your brand voice, pick your default language and business type, and check which agents are active for your plan.

Agents

Locked agents aren't in your plan.

This tab is HOW Luna sounds and behaves. What she knows about your business — hours, services, prices, FAQs — lives in Knowledge.

Find this under your Google Business Profile → "Get more reviews" → Share review form. Required for Dorian's review requests to send.

A WhatsApp number that gets a message with the details every time a lead finishes answering Luna's questions — can be a person or a group. Include the country code.

Brand voice & language

What she calls herself when she talks to your customers. Leave blank to keep Luna.
The first message shown when a visitor opens your website chat, before they type anything. Leave blank to use the default.
Or start from an example:

What Luna should collect

Questions Luna works into the conversation before she is finished. She asks them one at a time, never twice, and never like a form. When she has the answers she writes a summary onto that person's card under Clients. Leave this empty and she simply answers questions as usual.

Message templates

WhatsApp requires an approved template for reminders, review requests, lead notifications and booking confirmations — Meta approves these per business, so each of you submits your own. Copy the text below into Meta Business Manager → WhatsApp Manager → your WABA → Message templates → Create, using the category shown on each one. Name it in lowercase with underscores. Then paste the approved name back here and Save — approval alone does nothing until Commora knows the name.

Let Commora create them for you

Creates all five templates on your WhatsApp account, in English and Spanish, with the right category and the wording below. Meta reviews each one — usually minutes, sometimes up to a day — and Commora starts using them the moment they're approved. You don't have to do anything else.

Knowledge

What Luna knows about your business.

Everything your AI needs to answer like a real team member — hours, prices, and FAQs.
What to do: fill in your business hours, list your services with prices, and add common questions and answers. The more complete this is, the better it answers.

This tab is WHAT Luna knows about your business. How she sounds — her tone, language and greeting — lives in AI Team.

Start from a template

Pick the closest match to your business and we'll fill in realistic starting hours, services, and FAQs — you edit from there. This replaces whatever is currently in the fields below.

Documents

Upload a price list, service menu, or policy doc — PDF, Word, or text. Up to 5MB, up to 10 files.

Channels

Connect where your clients message you — one AI team answers them all.

Where customers can reach your AI — website chat, WhatsApp, Instagram, and more.
What to do: connect each channel you want live. Web chat is always on — just install the code snippet on your site; others need a quick connect step.

Web chat — your snippet

Paste this one line before </body> on your site.

Want your own colors? Edit data-commora-color (the main color) and add data-commora-accent="#______" (a second color, optional) directly in the snippet before pasting it in.

For your privacy policy: the chat stores one item in each visitor's browser (commora_contact_id) so a returning visitor keeps the same conversation. It is a random id — no name, email or tracking — and it is not used for advertising or shared with anyone. Worth a line in your own cookie or privacy notice, since it is set on your domain.

Optional. Leave blank to allow your chat from anywhere. Once you add a domain here, Luna only replies to visitors on that domain — comma-separated if you use more than one (e.g. with and without "www").

Webhook

Send booked leads to your own CRM, Zapier, or Make. We POST a signed JSON payload the moment a conversation is marked "Booked" in the Conversations tab.

We sign every request with this secret (HMAC-SHA256, header X-Commora-Signature) so you can verify it's really from us.

Comments

Comments on your Facebook and Instagram posts, and what Luna did with each one.

Bookings

How Luna checks availability and books appointments.

Connect your own Google Calendar, or use Commora's built-in calendar — pick one.
Optional. Without either, Luna answers questions but can't check availability or book anything.

How do you manage bookings?

Booking rules

When Luna is allowed to book. Leave a day blank to close it. Use times like 10:00-11:00, and separate several slots with commas.

Off means no restrictions at all — Luna could book 3am on a Sunday.

First appointment starts atLast appointment starts at

Need split hours or a lunch break? Switch to advanced

Time to clean the room and reset between clients. The slot times above don't change — Luna just won't book the slot right next to an existing appointment.

On: Luna offers home service and always asks for the address before booking. Off: she never mentions it and never asks for an address.

A specific date that differs from your normal week — closed for a holiday, or open shorter hours. These beat the weekly hours above.

Payments

Connect these so Luna can check real availability and collect deposits — both optional, and independent of each other.

Stripe (deposits)
Collect a deposit on booking — money goes straight to your own Stripe account
—
ATH Móvil (deposits)
The most-used way to pay in Puerto Rico, and cheaper than card — money goes straight to your own ATH Business account

Gift cards & packages

Things Luna can sell in a conversation besides appointments. A gift card is a code worth an amount; a package is a number of sessions bought up front. Nothing here is stock — there is nothing to count or ship.

Three weeks after a visit you marked completed, Sage emails that client to ask if they'd like their next appointment booked. Only clients who left an email address, only once per visit, and never after a no-show. Replies come straight to you.

Once a booking is confirmed, Luna can mention a package for that same service — but only when it genuinely costs less per session than what they just booked, only once in a conversation, and never instead of answering them. Off means she only sells when a customer asks.

Guide

A quick walkthrough of every section of your dashboard.

Dashboard

  1. Your home base — quick stats, usage trend, and insights, all in one view.
  2. Check Conversations this month against your plan's cap so you know where you stand.
  3. Check Suggestions for you for ideas based on this month's numbers.
  4. Check Upcoming appointments to see what Sage will send reminders for.

AI Team

  1. Check the box next to each agent you want active for your business.
  2. Describe your brand voice in a sentence or two, or start from one of the examples.
  3. Pick your default language and describe your business type.
  4. Click Save setup.

Message templates

  1. WhatsApp won't let a business message someone out of the blue with free text — reminders, review requests, lead notifications, and booking confirmations all need a pre-approved template first. You only need to do this once per template, not per message.
  2. Requires WhatsApp already connected (Channels tab). Go to business.facebook.com → make sure you're in the right Business, then open WhatsApp Manager → your account → Message templates.
  3. Click Create template. Category: Utility (not Marketing — Utility is for exactly this kind of message and has no extra restrictions here). Give it a short lowercase name with underscores, e.g. commora_reminder.
  4. Pick the language you're submitting in, then paste the body text — copy it straight from the card above (or your own adapted wording, just keep the same number and order of placeholders). Meta will ask for a sample value for each placeholder — any realistic example works, it's only for their review.
  5. Submit. Status shows as Pending — approval is usually a few minutes, sometimes up to 24 hours. You'll see it flip to Approved (or Rejected with a reason, most often wording that sounds promotional — reword and resubmit if that happens).
  6. Once approved, come back to the card above and paste in the exact template name and language code you submitted. That's it — no other setup, it starts working immediately.

Knowledge

  1. Fastest start: pick Start from a template at the top and we fill in realistic hours, services and FAQs for your industry — then edit them.
  2. Fill in your business hours for each day — leave a day blank if you're closed.
  3. Add every service you offer with its price.
  4. Add FAQs — real questions customers actually ask you.
  5. Add any policies (deposits, cancellations) and click Save knowledge.
  6. The more complete this is, the better your AI answers — it never makes up information that isn't here.

Channels

  1. Web chat is already on — copy the snippet and paste it into your website's code, right before </body>. That's the entire setup — no code, no keys.
  2. To add WhatsApp, click Connect and follow Meta's sign-in. Instagram and Messenger are coming soon.
  3. (Optional, technical) set up a Webhook if you use a tool like Zapier or your own CRM.
  4. What it costs: web chat has no extra per-message fee — it only counts toward your plan's monthly conversation limit. If you connect WhatsApp, those messages are billed at cost straight from your Wallet, no markup: a WhatsApp reminder or review request runs about $0.003–$0.004 each, and a WhatsApp marketing message about $0.025 each. A typical month sending ~200 reminders/review requests costs roughly $0.60–$0.80 in message fees — small, but worth funding your Wallet ahead of a busy month so nothing gets delayed.

Calendar

  1. Pick how Luna checks availability and books: connect your own Google Calendar, or turn on Commora's built-in calendar — pick one, both are optional. Without either, Luna answers questions but can't check availability or book anything.
  2. On Commora's own calendar, add each Team / provider clients book with — a solo business gets one automatically, named after you.
  3. The month view shows every booking on its date — click any day to see who's booked, their phone and service. Click + New to add a walk-in or phone booking by hand.
  4. From that same day view you can Edit a booking (time, provider, details), Cancel it, or mark it Completed/No-show after the appointment. A canceled booking frees the slot but stays on the calendar, marked canceled — nothing is ever deleted.
  5. Ask for a deposit and accept payments through Stripe in the same section — deposits are always non-refundable, since they exist to hold the slot.

Plan & billing

  1. Add extra capacity or services under Add-ons if you need them.
  2. Keep your Wallet funded — it covers WhatsApp message fees at cost, debited automatically as those messages send. The balance can't go negative or turn into a surprise bill on our end — but a low balance also won't delay a reminder, it'll just show as $0 until you top up.
  3. Turn on Auto top-up (in the Wallet card) so a low balance never happens in the first place — pick a threshold and a refill amount, and we'll charge your card automatically when it dips below that. Off by default; requires a saved card, which we capture the first time you complete any payment.
  4. We don't meter your conversations — plans are sized for how a real business actually operates. If we ever spot unusual activity, we'll reach out directly before anything changes.
  5. Need to upgrade or downgrade? Pick a new plan card — Stripe handles payment securely.
Still stuck?
Use the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner — that's Dex, who can answer questions about your account, your numbers, and walk you through anything on this page.

Profile

Your personal and business information.

Your account details, at a glance.
What to do: keep your business name, phone, city, and business type up to date — Sage and Dorian use this to reach you, and it's what we use if we ever need to contact you outside the dashboard.

Ask Dex from your own WhatsApp

Message your business number from your personal phone and Dex answers with your live numbers — bookings, revenue, what needs you. Customers messaging the same number still get Luna.

No logo yet

PNG, JPG or WEBP, up to 500KB. Square images look best.

Bookings, callback requests and payment alerts go to your login email. Add anyone else who should get them too, separated by commas. Your own address is always included.

How long we keep conversations

Conversations with your customers are deleted automatically once the last message is older than the period you choose. You always get 10 days' notice first, by email and here, to download a copy.

Password

Change your login password. You'll need your current password.

Front desk logins

Give whoever is at the counter their own login. They see the day's bookings and your conversations, and can book, move, cancel and check people in — but not your billing, your channels, your knowledge base or anything that changes what the AI says.

Danger zone

Cancel your subscription or request full account deletion.

Deleting your workspace starts a 7-day grace period — you can cancel any time before then. After 7 days, everything is permanently deleted and can't be recovered.
